**Skills and Experience needed**:

- You are an experienced construction and infrastructure lawyer
- You have experience working on major infrastructure project agreements in alliances and JV's for Australia and NZ (mostly with local government councils and departments)
- You have experience being involved in negotiations
- You have experience supervising junior lawyers in their negotiations
- You have strong stakeholder engagement experience
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
