BBC Digital is looking for a full time qualified experienced Field Services Technicians for our various business locations across Australia (VIC / QLD / SA / NSW)

We pride ourselves on our great customers service - as we currently provide our clients a guaranteed average response time of under four hours, with their current average of just over three hours. Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us - as Our target is to fix more than 90% of all service calls on the first visit. To make this possible, we carry more than $700,000 in parts within the group - technicians carry around $30,000 each, which is replenished as used and regularly reviewed to keep it current.

**The role**:
For this role, you will be required to maintain, install, adjust and repair electronic equipment such as printers/scanners/photocopiers.

Duties include the following:

- examining and testing machines and equipment to diagnose faults in the field
- adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining machines, equipment and instruments
- reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment
- advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
- installing electronic instruments and control systems, including network setup for clients
- Maintaining spare parts inventory for service calls
- Following all documented processes and policies
- Reviewing and improving field service processes
- Undertaking training to improve skills and knowledge base

**Your Qualifications**:
You must have the following to be considered for the role:

- AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV or equivalents or at least three years of highly relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
- At least two years of highly relevant experience as an absolute minimum
