Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician, located in Melbourne, VIC. Some work from home is acceptable. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machinery and automation systems. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, providing training to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert technical support. Travel to client sites across Victoria will be required.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in CNC machinery installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Experience with diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions
  • Customer service skills and ability to provide training and support
  • Ability to travel and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the woodworking or manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications
