About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance equipment across your region, supporting a national network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field service priorities and schedules effectively.
  • Maintain and resource your service fleet vehicle.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on turf equipment.
  • Provide product service training to clients as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships to support ongoing growth.
  • Participate in regular internal training to meet OEM service standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in maintenance and repair of mobile equipment (hydraulic & electrical systems, diesel/petrol engines).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong diagnostic skills using test equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
