We are a leading recruitment and consulting firm in Australia and Southeast Asia, serving multiplecountries and regions. Currently, we are seeking Graduate Recruiters to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address,and using judgement to escalate appropriately.
- Advice and support clients to use best practice selection methodologies to ensure the talentwe hire is aligned to People Capabilities, Culture, and Values.
- Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to supportstrategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Reports regularly onprogress of Talent Pool.
- Share and implement knowledge gained from other teams to enhance own recruitmentdelivery.
- Actively participates in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibility.
- Outline recommended continuous improvement actions and upselling opportunities toManager.

- Australian PR/Citizen is not required but preferred.
- Experience in a call centre, B2B, B2C, or customer-led environment is not required but ispreferred.

**Salary**:$55k - $70k plus Commission (OTE$400k+)
