**About the position**
Specifically, this will include:
- Prioritising and responding to service and incident tickets, resolving or escalating to specialist support or to third party suppliers as required
- Providing remote and in-person support to resolve users IT issues
- Escalating technical issues to other support teams, Platform Administrators or other IT technical specialists
- Collaborating with internal departments, project teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Maintaining records of the user's requests, issues, queries solutions
- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles and procedures
- Providing recommendations for improving the support, prevent or reduce issues
- Support, mentor and assist team members in providing quality and effective delivery outcome for staff and members
- Collaborate with other team members to collectively reach goals and solutions
**About you**
You are customer oriented, ambitious and have gained solid experience within an internal IT support function. You are now ready to take on a new challenge to further develop your IT careeer. Your work history shows a strong capability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems whilst managing a busy workload with conflicting priorities. Your communication style is well developed so that you are able to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
