Change Advisor

Our client, a tier one mining operator, is on the hunt for two Change Advisors to assist with supporting the Cross Functional Technology Program and Asset Management respectively. These six month contracts will see you engage with various departments as you build relationships across all levels of the business.
**Role**:
The Change Advisor is responsible for establishing and managing business relationships and change activities for their allocated business area. Working closely with the project manager and business representatives, and reporting to the Change Lead, the Change Advisor will deliver and facilitate change activities in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
Reporting to the Change Lead, the Change Advisor will specifically support the Asset Management function and other change team members, including but not limited to:
- Working with, and taking guidance from other Asset Management change team members, Program Biillariny team members and business representatives
- Building and maintaining two-way business relationships as a key point of contact for Program Biillariny Asset Management change activities
- Working with key business representatives to identify people across the business who are impacted by the change
- Undertaking operational site visits as required
- Ensuring consistency and alignment of key change outputs and artefacts to underpin Change Governance e.g., change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement plans, stakeholder heatmaps, detailed change plan, business readiness, communication material
- Collaborating across the change team to provide business/operational insights to mitigate change impacts for our business
- Establishing, invigorating and sustaining effective change networks to maximise communication coverage to all levels of our business
- In line with Values, being willing to support across the Program of work as required
**ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLES**
**Experience Knowledge**
- ERP / SAP Asset Management/Maintenance proven change management and/or training delivery experience
- Comfort working in resource operational environments
- The ability to work with and take guidance from others across the Program and from within the business
- A ‘people first’ mindset - to put people at the heart of the change experience
- Ability in building relationships across all levels of the business
- Confidence and experience in facilitating conversations, workshops as required
- Ability to work independently to identify, manage and address risks and issues to support the successful implementation of change initiatives and project deliverables
- Energy, imagination and the ability to think outside the box
- Team player
- PROSCI methodology or neuroscience based approach to change
- Technical change delivery e.g., Change Impact Assessment, Training Needs Analysis, Stakeholder mapping
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced skill level in using Microsoft products and associated technology
**Skills Education**
- Effective in leading and managing change
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - Tertiary qualification
- PROSCI or Neuroscience qualification
- Cert IV Train the Trainer
