As a Change Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding successful organisation change through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires strong leadership, time management, analytical skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Change Advisor is to lead and support the planning, execution, and embedding of change management initiatives. This involves assessing complexity, designing appropriate strategies, and defining change management and communications approaches using user insights.

  • Capture user sentiment to assess readiness and develop transition plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years experience managing cultural and organisational change

Strong understanding of change methodologies (Lean, Agile, PROSCI etc.)

Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Effective leadership, time management, and analytical skills
