**The Business**
Genus Fleet Management forms part of the GenusPlus Group, a rapidly growing ASX listed company. GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) offers integrated multidisciplinary capabilities specialising in both electrical and instrumentation (E&I), mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation.

The Genus Fleet workshop is based in Kenwick WA, with a combination of mechanics, auto-electricians, welders and fleet coordinators. It is also supported by various depots around WA and nationwide, with fleet coordinators and mechanics servicing those depots.

**The Role**
Due to continuous growth, our team are now seeking an outgoing and driven **Junior** **Business Support Officer** to assist with coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks within fleet, contract and supplier management, as well as employee onboarding.

Reporting to the Fleet & Workshop Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:

- Monitor and track all fleet and maintenance work and maintain accurate records
- Onboarding of personnel (Medicals, Inductions, Site Access, PPE, Travel)
- Maintenance of personnel records, training, and registers
- Liaise with Project Managers across all Genus entities including sourcing information on site-specific requirements for personnel, vehicles, plant, and machinery
- Assist with purchasing requirements

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**
- Experience in a customer service, administration role or similar
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety
- Current “C” Class Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer and keyboard literacy including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work
