**About the role**

The **Database Support Administrator **at Activ, reports to Lotteries & Fundraising Manager providing administration support relating to the implementation of key fundraising projects including major lotteries, bequests and donation appeals.

**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Support the Lotteries and Fundraising team to build growth and sustainability of allocated lottery and fundraising campaigns/projects.
- Assist with implementation of lottery and fundraising campaigns including eDM and SMS communication and monitor social media to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Assist with content creation and report and update database for lottery and fundraising campaigns/projects.
- Coordinate and attend lottery prize draws and coordinate prize distribution.
- Manage prize supplier relationships.
- Minimum 2 years admin or marketing experience within a corporate environment
- Good relationship building skills with effective time management and strong attention to detail
- Be comfortable using social media platforms and ideally have a Marketing or Administration qualification
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic HTML coding (desirable) and basic Photoshop
- Have a flexible approach and commitment to accuracy, efficiency and high standards
- Certificate of Completion - NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Activ to provide)
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
