Inspired by **music, art, and vintage design,** this globally sought after denim brand is searching for an experienced Store Manager to lead their NEW FLAGSHIP store in Armadale.

**As the Store Manager you will;**
- Be someone who leads at the front; You too are obsessed with and appreciate great Denim.
- Provide on-brand customer experience to all customers. You understand the importance of local community and know many of your regular customer by name.
- Be a product expert. You’re passionate about fit, features and love the idea of sustainable fashion.
- You love to mentor and train - you set people up for success. You will train and develop your team through regular coaching and feedback, helping them achieve their KPIs
- Possess Strong Business Acumen... you will identify opportunities & action great initiatives. You will oversee stock management, manage wages and oversee all rostering needs, productivity and manage expenses in line with budgets.
- You will work with the broader business and provide feedback on product, best sellers and merchandising to head office...
