**The Company**
This global timepieces brand is known for its timeless and world-class watches. This brand is at a pivotal point of expansion, with plans of opening more stores nationally, and has already stamped its name in the local market since it opened its first Australian doors several years ago. You will be a part of their growth, by being provided with top market training and development and support.
**The Role**
You will be leading and managing a Chadstone Flagship Boutique alongside your Assistant Store Manager and reporting directly to your ANZ Retail Manager.
You will be responsible for leading, developing and guiding your teams to success, providing exceptional customer service to your clientele.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and achieving your company sales and KPI targets, providing constant feedback and communication on your store's performance with your Retail Manager and being an ambassador of the brand.
**Skills & Experience**
- To be considered for this opportunity, you must come from an extensive management background in the retail industry.
- Luxury and/or timepieces experience is preferred but not essential.
- You will be passionate about leading your teams, developing your skills and providing world-class customer service
**Benefits**
This role is offering a salary of $90,000 to $100,000 + Superannuation, Commissions and Bonuses.
You will also receive a full uniform, quarterly incentives and an overall dynamic culture and environment.
