THE POSITION
RATIONALE is delighted to share an opportunity for an experienced Flagship Manager to join our talented David Jones
Sydney Flagship Team.
As the RATIONALE David Jones Sydney Flagship Manager:
- You lead by example and create a supportive and inspiring team culture
- You will drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback whilst working
- closely with your Regional Retail Manager to build a highly effective team- Through coaching and developing your team to reach new milestones, you are driven to achieve operational
- excellence and deliver on sales and KPI expectations- You will be the embodiment of the RATIONALE values.
Our dedicated Education Team will ensure you are trained across our product formulations and Treatment offering from
the time you begin with us, and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE.
THE PERFECT PROFILE
The role of a Flagship Manager requires positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for skincare.
In addition to your positive and enthusiastic nature, and passion for results-driven skincare, you will need:
- Previous retail management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to lead, motivate and develop your team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales success
- Strong operational, administrative and time management skills
- A true passion for exceptional customer service
- Actively participate in positively contributing to the culture of your Flagship Team
- A desire to learn the RATIONALE formulation and Treatment range
