About the Role

We're seeking a flagship Store Manager to lead their Hawthorn store with energy, strategy, and consistency. This full‑time, permanent position comes with a highly competitive total package of $80K+ super, negotiable for an exceptional candidate. Preference given to applicants already based in or near Hawthorn, as sustainability and local commitment are key.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and deliver standout customer experiences
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory flow, visual merchandising, scheduling, loss prevention, and budgeting
  • Coach and develop your team through recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback, and mentoring
  • Use sales data to drive decision-making and optimize store performance
  • Ensure the store maintains high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and customer engagement
