**The Company**

This rapidly growing and highly innovative company is looking for a strong Warehouse Operations Manager to overlook an important operation of theirs. Based at their site in the Eastern Suburbs, they are looking for a strong leader to come in and drive their operation.

**The Role**

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but wont be limited to:

- Overlook the day to day operations of the warehouse, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Plan and lead the operation and make sure it is ran efficiently, complaint and safely.
- Ensure optimal inventory management throughout the site, with a strong focus on raw materials and packaging making sure they align with manufacturing schedules.
- Highlight areas of continuous improvement throughout the operation.
- Ensure strong inbound and outbound accuracy.
- Lead by example in driving a safe working culture.
- Assist in recruitment activities.

**Your Background**
- 6 + Years experience in a Warehouse Management position.
- Experience within food and beverage industry is essential.
- Good communication skills both written and verbally.
- Good understanding of SAP or a similar inventory management system.
- Experience working in a fast paced and on the move environment.
- Great people skills and the ability to drive a good working culture.
