**The role**:
You will play an important role in providing excellent customer service for the whole business. This role is based at our Dingley facility, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse functions.

**This will include**:

- Pick orders accurately per picking slip and process dispatch and consignment paperwork.
- Receive goods, receipt transfer and purchase orders, put away and locate stock accurately and ensure processing of return goods.
- Ensure goods handling, storage and rotation directions are always followed.
- Assist with production and assembly across the product line.
- Ensure Standard Operation Procedures are always followed.
- Managing and controlling stock and inventory levels.
- Assist as required to complete regular cycle counts and stock takes across all warehouses as directed.
- Data entry of stock transfer.

**To be successful**:
Experience working in a similar role within a warehouse operation is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities.
- Current HR Forklift licence is essential
- Computer literate - Pronto Xi & MS Excel experience would be an advantage.
- Current drivers’ licence.
- Good data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and being well organised.
- Proficient with stock control processes.
- Basic understanding of logistics and freight operations.
