At Jetstar, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner - Customer Relationship Management and Membership, to maximise the value of investments in Commercial Airline Technology domain by defining, maintaining, and executing the product roadmap and strategy. This role is also responsible for delivering technology and business changes whilst maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

The Technical Product Owner will manage Jetstar’s Enterprise CRM platform and other technology platforms enabling our membership program, Club Jetstar. The role will be instrumental in delivering Jetstar’s CRM and Membership strategy and driving the implementation and ongoing support of technology solutions in the domain.

The core responsibilities of this role will be:

- Product Management - end-to-end ownership of systems throughout the entire lifecycle; Accountable and responsible for decisions on strategic alignment, user experience, information management, compliance, security, dependability, impact, training, and quality.
- Delivery - execute and consult on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaboratively with different teams. Manage the delivery of transformational and tactical changes.
- Vendor Management - Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and technology service providers
- Stakeholder management - Engage and liaise with business stakeholders across the group to understand their business needs and deliver suitable technology solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience
- Product management or Product owner experience/qualification (preferred)
- Experience working with CRM, e.g. Salesforce CRM, and membership platforms
- Experience working with airline or travel systems e.g. Airline reservation system (highly regarded)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in delivering strategic, tactical, and enterprise-wide changes, projects, and programmes of work
- Proven experience in engaging and managing stakeholders from all levels
- Experience working using different delivery frameworks - Agile (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using a flexible approach and demonstrating tolerance for ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences
