Our client is one of Australia's leading not-for-profit home care specialists. They operate across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Their mission is to assist clients to live happily and safely in their own homes, for the entirety of their lives.

**The Role**

This client has recently embarked on a major technology infrastructure project, upgrading and re-engineering their CRM system and FinOps system.

The programme of works is currently being delivered by a team of third-party vendors, so we are looking for experienced Dynamics professionals to bring the team In-house.

The **Senior Technical Consultant - D365 CRM **will be responsible for the analysis of existing code and API integrations, improving and upgrading it while developing solutions for continuous improvements requested by internal business stakeholders.

The initial focus will be on delivering a new D365 platform, with ongoing development beyond release.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyse existing code

Gather clear requirements from business stakeholders, internal technical team and third-party vendor

Maintain expert, up to date knowledge of the D365 CRM platform

Develop customised solutions (.net CORE or integrated PowerApps, Web Apps, etc)

Develop a schedule of activities required to deliver solutions, with estimates

Report any changes or timeline risks

Work with a project team with flexible project management practices (eg, Agile with Waterfall)

Multiple years' experience in delivering D365 CRM

Knowledge of C# and Javascript

Melbourne located

Strong communication skills - ability to communicate up or down role wise
