Working as a receptionist or in administration and seeking an industry with a little more excitement? The position of Administration Assistant with Place Woolloongabba could be just what you’re looking for. This is the perfect opportunity to enter the industry and real estate knowledge / experience is not required.

**This is a varied role with aspects of**:

- Preparing physical proposal packs, auction documentation and open home kits;
- Preparing documentation such as entry notices, brochures and signboard artwork;
- Creating social media tiles utilising templates;
- Uploading open home times each week; and
- Completing administration tasks as delegated by the Team Manager.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need**:

- 1-2 years of prior administration or reception experience would be highly advantageous;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Passion and desire to help others succeed;
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
