Step back in time, to the Prohibition era as you enter our Gabba office with a whiskey bar and bookshelves housing hundreds of real books. Put your skills to the test to find the magic book that acts as a key to open the door that will lead to your new office. The role will see you working across the full array of Property Management functions to deliver the best possible service to our clients both internally and externally with the desire for you to manage your own portfolio in time.

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Support Property Manager to manage their portfolios and ensure client satisfaction;
- Ensure policies and procedures are upheld within the department;
- Participate in property management duties inclusive of the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections; and
- Complete administrative support to the property managers and actively participate in training opportunities.

**Requirements**:
About You
- You have a passion for Property Management or customer service
- You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
- First class customer service comes naturally to you
- You pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
- Top class communication skills both verbal and written
- Always looking to grow and develop
- You hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate (or are in the final stages of completing) and Drivers Licence
