**Catering Operations**
- Manage day-to-day catering activities, from inquiry to delivery and post-event feedback.
- Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, setup, menu planning, and equipment transport.
- Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients.
- Prepare catering proposals, quotations, and event summaries.
- Oversee food safety, storage, and hygiene compliance during catering operations.

**Market & Events Management**
- Plan and manage participation in local markets, festivals, and pop-up events.
- Coordinate stall setup, product display, and promotional materials.
- Manage inventory, product rotation, and customer engagement at market events.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in catering management, hospitality, or events coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards.
- Basic financial literacy and administrative skills.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event hours as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**.
- Experience with social media marketing or community engagement.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
