**About Our Client**:

The main duties and responsibilities:
- Processing of customer orders
- Contacting customers to follow up on quotes, provide quick order acknowledgement, accurate invoicing, and delivery ETA and delivery details
- Supporting administrative functions for external Sales personnel, assisting in managing customers in his/her territory by handling quotes, contracts, daily follow up, deliveries
- Providing relevant documentations for orders
- Assist in following up on overdue orders
- Understand customer needs and support them proactively
- Able to learn and provide general product knowledge and where to find information for customers
- Be proactive in providing a first class customer service experience for all customers
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
- office experience
- Be a team player in a small and friendly office
- A positive and friendly individual
**What's on Offer**:
This is a full time, permanent job, working Monday to Friday business hours (38 hour week)
Woolloongabba, Brisbane.
Salary is depending upon experience between $66,000 - $79,200 + Super.
