**About the opportunity**
- We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on leader to head up the Talent Acquisition function at the Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA). This role is central to delivering modern, high-impact recruitment strategies that not only attract top talent but also support retention—while ensuring compliance with Victorian Public Service policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- You’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment practices, leading a dedicated team, and engaging with stakeholders across all levels. This role is all about variety—mentoring, training, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery—every day is different.
