The primary responsibility of the CRM Data Administrator is to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. This role involves proactively maintaining and overseeing the data across various CRM modules, ensuring that it is up-to-date, properly structured, and in line with the organization's standards and best practices. The CRM Data Administrator works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data entries / inputs are implemented as per data policies. By upholding high data management standards, the role ensures that Dynamics 365 is effectively utilized to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and support the achievement of key business objectives. This role will allow agility for sales / users to enter records quickly to not slow down response processes but review all new data entries and ensure there are no incorrect or duplicate records.

**The Key responsibilities**

Data management and maintenance
- Assist in insuring that CRM data within dynamics365 is accurate, consistent and up to date.
- Perform regular data quality checks, identifying and correcting errors, duplications, and inconsistencies.
- Assist with data entry and migration tasks as required, ensuring proper data formatting and organization.

Data Governance and Policy Enforcement
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and standards for the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Ensure that data policies are adhered to by users, and assist in resolving any data-related queries.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure data needs are met and any CRM-related issues are addressed.
- Provide support in gathering and organizing data for campaigns, analysis, and decision-making.

Other
- Generate basic data reports and dashboards from Dynamics 365, ensuring they are accurate and meet team needs.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date with new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Assist in identifying and recommending improvements for data processes and systems.
