The Opportunity

We are proud to partner with our client Sydney Water on a major infrastructure upgrade, servicing communities across Greater Sydney. This 8+ year contract will see us providing desilting and rehabilitation services to a major wastewater tunnel that runs from Blacktown through to the Northern Beaches. We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our high performing project delivery team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the safe, on time, and on budget delivery of critical water infrastructure projects. You'll play a vital role in mentoring and developing your crews, fostering a positive and high performing culture, contributing to the continued success of our operations.

You'll be part of a business with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence in pipeline solutions. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you'll also be supported by a collaborative and capable team, including Skilled Operators, Project Engineers, and Administrators.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop field teams across wastewater projects
• Identify potential delivery risks and implement proactive solutions
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Plan and coordinate onsite resources including people, plant, materials and equipment
• Working in and around the Northern Beaches (fully maintained vehicle provided) on a 24/7 rotating shift (with additional pay benefits)

What You Bring

• A valid Drivers Licence and White Card
• The ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift in the Northern Beaches
• Proven experience leading and managing site teams
• A steady and supportive leadership style, with a focus on building strong, reliable teams
• Solid working knowledge of water infrastructure projects
• Practical, hands on experience with on site planning and logistics
