**About the Role**

Aegis Aged Care is looking to add to its small Central Office ICT Services Team located in Burswood, close to Public Transport, with ample parking available.

As an integral part of the team, you will:

- Ensure all centrally managed services are kept up-to-date, secure and running smoothly on our Nutanix clusters is another important part of the role, along with writing well-structured documentation.
- Our Clients, staff members and occasional Resident from Aegis’ 29 Residential Aged Care Residences, call or submit tickets to our Helpdesk system that need to be handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. Remotely, if possible, but also in person on site in the Perth Metropolitan area and WA’s South-West region.

**About you**
- AD, DC, DNS, GPO, VM, MDM, SIP shouldn’t be alphabet soup or total mysteries to you.
- Can work without a rigid position description, with tasks shifting amongst all team members, there are a myriad of learning opportunities.
