**The role**

**About you**
- Relevant experience in a similar position in upscale hotel establishments
- Experience in rostering, training, risk assessments and cleaning chemicals and machinery
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- Ability to create detailed cleaning schedules
- Strong team building and delegation skills
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Experience in multi-venue sites advantageous
