Ventia provide facilities management services for the Northern Beaches Hospital and we’re seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity.

Reporting into the Project Director your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the facility expenditure and costs are managed vigorously and according to budget allocations
- Work with Management team to meet operating budgets, conduct performance analysis and business plans, to ensure quality and compliance, accuracy and timeliness to improve profitability
- Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders

- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and develop effective solutions
