**The Company**
Robert Half is currently recruiting an Accounts Officer to start immediately for an Industry Leading Australian manufacturing company. This role is offering an ongoing temp contract with potential to go permanent.
The Company delivers products to a large international client base and are recognised for their quality of product, excellence in customer service and team culture
This position is responsible for day-to-day tasks & month end duties. If you have 2+ years' experience in a similar role, have experience processing in Microsoft Dynamics, are immediately available, this would be a great opportunity for you.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, some typical duties will involve:
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Processing Accounts Receivables
- Collections
- Reconciliations
- Journals
- Audit
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking an ongoing temp opportunity with potential to go perm with a quick start.
**Your Profile**
The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or ERP system
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent Numeracy Skills
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders & multiple departments
- Ability to reach deadlines and hit KPI's
- Able to start immediately
- Work independently or in a team
