**Role**:
We are looking for a generalist Marketing Manager with digital marketing experience who will join our broader team, driving demand for the Red Marker SaaS platform in the Australian, USA and UK markets.
Based in Australia’s east coast time zone, you will be comfortable in an "all hands-on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate autonomously and across workstreams, and can thrive in a LegalTech/MarTech culture. This role is for a high achiever who is focused on client acquisition and client development and takes initiative to find the most optimal solution to achieve the outcomes required for the business. A keen sense of ownership, quality, the customer, speedy execution, and hustle, is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop the relationships with Red Marker’s marketing agency partner/s setting expectations and delivering on them
- Identifying content opportunities: and/or challenges in the business where online assets can provide a solution and improve efficiency
- Project manage webinars, sponsorship and speaking opportunities and event attendance, 1 event per quarter
- Optimise client journeys across all points of conversion, focusing on the customer to create a seamless experience
- A key focus of the role is generating leads through digital marketing and demand generation
- Making a significant contribution to the growth of Red Marker’s products through driving demand/lead gen in Australia, USA, and UK

**Requirements**:

- 5 years plus experience in a similar role with a proven record in digital marketing techniques (essential)
- Proven record in marketing LegalTech or MarTech software solutions to large-enterprise clients across a range of industries (essential)
- Qualifications and/or training in marketing (essential)
- An understanding of IT with experience in directly marketing solutions at the enterprise level
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to set and execute both long
- and short-term goals
- Comfortable with ‘high level’ and ‘the detail of doing’ discussions and actions
- Interested in working at the intersection of machine learning and business processes (desirable)

Red Marker has changed the way legal risk detection for digital content is being delivered. Focusing on compliance, our Software as a Service platform enables real-time probabilistic risk identification in web content using machine learning rules and natural language processing.
