We are currently looking for a Post Construction Administrator to join our Construction team in Myaree. In this role, you will be required to communicate with clients, supervisors and management while maintaining strong organisation skills for organising maintenance for existing and new homes after handover. This position also assists with the running of the amenities for the building in Myaree.

The following skills and experience will be required:

- Strong communication and liaison skills with customers and suppliers.
- Negotiation skills.
- Organisational skills; ability to coordinate functions within specified time frames.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Sound written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
