We are now looking for motivated individuals to join our growing production team.

**About you**
- You love being on the move and active in your job where a bit of heavy lifting doesn't phase you. It’s okay if you haven’t worked in a mattress factory before, your positive attitude and willingness to learn will take you far.
- You may currently be working in a casual factory or manufacturing role where the hours are inconsistent and are now ready to make a move somewhere for the long term.
- In your past roles you have always found it important to be a reliable worker. You prioritised being on time and dependable.
- You take pride in being productive with your role and love the feeling of accomplishment when you are able to meet the standards your supervisor sets for you.

**About the Role**

From 7am-3:20pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm you will add significant value by:

- Following the daily production schedule.
- Working in a team of 2 to build various kinds of mattresses from start to finish
- Using air powered staple and glue guns to build mattresses.
- Inspecting the quality of the mattress throughout production.
- Working with your team to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace.

**Selection Criteria**
- Ability to lift 20kg
