The Business Manager at Connecting Care Support Services is tasked with fostering a supportive and encouraging working environment that builds a strong culture in exceeding all targets for Participant Outcomes and Staff Performance. The Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation while managing the performance of our staff and striving towards high customer satisfaction.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day delivery of services is aligned to the business strategy and also meets the expectations and operational requirements of NDIS participants, their families and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for implementing operational plans to improve efficiency and performance, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring the delivery of quality and safe client services. Developing and maintaining relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and support coordinators and prepare monthly reports and regularly update senior management regarding operational performance and outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in aged care, disability, or community care, along with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of NDIS, disability sector, current reforms, relevant legislation, funding and policy protocols, standards, and processes.

You will have strong leadership skills and experience managing operational teams to deliver service excellence. Additionally, you will possess highly developed negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills. A Diploma in Community Services or Degree in a Human or Social Services field is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone with a passion for people and a good level of technical skills. You are naturally positive, caring and have great communication skills.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following;
Previous Experience in the Disability Industry or a similar role.

Relevant Qualifications - Diploma Level or above

Drivers Licence and reliable transport to get to work.

Current First Aid & CPR (willing to obtain)

National Police Check (willing to obtain)

WWCC - Blue Card & NDIS Screening Check (willing to obtain)

**Salary**: From $79,938.38 per year
