About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how the Executive Team operates day to day — driving efficiency, enabling strategic execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the business. You will also lead our front of house reception teams for our two corporate support offices and support other strategic projects as required.
What you’ll do
- Orchestrate Executive Operations: Lead the design and delivery of the CEO and ELT’s operating processes — ensuring meetings, agendas, and strategic actions run seamlessly and drive real progress.
- Keep the Business Moving: Own the corporate calendar, forward planning, and coordination of key business milestones across the year, from strategy and budgeting cycles to leadership offsites.
- Bring Insights to Life: Coordinate and craft executive-level reporting, including the Group MD (CEO)’s Board Report and key strategic updates, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and influence at every level.
- Enable Performance: Partner with the COO to support strategic initiatives in operating model and organisational design — applying sound judgment and analytical thinking to improve execution.
- Lead with Purpose: Manage and develop the COO Team Assistant and lead the Reception Teams across Strathpine and Rhodes offices, ensuring exceptional service and consistency in delivery.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance communication, and continuously improve how the Executive Team operates.
What you’ll bring
- Senior-Level Expertise: Proven experience working at a senior business support, operations, or EA-to-ELT level.
- Master Organiser: Strong organisational and coordination skills — able to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams with ease.
- Influential Communicator: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confidently engaging senior leaders to drive outcomes.
- Trusted Professional: High integrity and professionalism — handling sensitive and confidential information with maturity and discretion.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Initiative and self-direction — takes ownership, seeks opportunities to add value, and thrives in an autonomous environment.
- Continuous Improvement Champion: A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop effective solutions.
Why join us
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and ELT — gaining insight into the heartbeat of organisational decision-making.
- Play a key role in shaping the company’s operating rhythm and leadership effectiveness.
- Be part of a culture that values accountability, trust, and initiative — where you’re empowered to make a real impact.
