**The Role**

At YHI POWER, we aim to provide growth and opportunities for our employees. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Internal Sales Support / Office Admin to join our Perth office located at Canning Vale.

**Main responsibilities**:
Working closely with Sales Reps and customers, the main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to:
1. Process and follow up the customer orders, quotes, and telephone inquiries in a professional and speedy manner.

2. Ensuring Customer orders are received in line with a promised delivery date

3. Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell.

4. Support/process sales truck stock daily stock transfer and reconciliation

5. General office duties

**Essential Experience Needed**

1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

2. Be proactive and a quick learner

3. Must be able to do multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction

5. Tidy and pay attention to details

6. Can-do attitude with a positive outlook and genuine sense of teamwork

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
