**Description**:
**About the role**

We are currently seeking an energetic & passionate customer service focused Sales Assistant to join our internal sales team in our busy Canningvale Showroom outlet.

Responsibilities include achieving and exceeding sales targets, KPI goals as assigned, merchandising stock and assisting with general retail duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serving & assisting customers
- Replenishing stock
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking orders
- Invoicing

**Skills and experience**
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Exposure and experience in the packaging industry will be highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Strong IT/computer skills specifically in excel, word, powerpoint & MailChimp,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A strong ‘Can Do’ attitude
- A flair for visual merchandising
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
