Inventory & Capacity Controller
**Our Team**
You will be working within the KOCH Fertiliser Australia's Operations Team based at our Melbourne CBD office. Seeking a critical thinker to work with our Supply planner and Logistics coordinator in conjunction with our Third Party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure inventory accuracy, efficiency and superior capacity planning
**What You Will Do
- We have completed deployment of our inventory and capacity planning system and you will be working with the developer to understand the process and continue in providing input for enhancements that facilitates visibility of terminal inventory levels and optimization of storage capacity
- Own the Inventory and Capacity reporting process based on key compliance and efficiency metrics.
- Work with the Operations Manager and 3PL's to achieve improved stock levels and identify stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Analyse demand patterns and establish inventory targets
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Tertiary qualifications in Operations, Supply chain management
- 3-5 years experience in Inventory management
**What Will Put You Ahead
- Proven record in project management or quality management.
- Critical thinking
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
