This pivotal role with our client, who has a global presence in over 25 counties' and is renowned for its iconic environmentally friendly unique product range is guaranteed to interest an environmental and sustainability conscious individual.

As an experienced inventory controller, you will have gained your experience from within head office level and understand inventory management, have the ability to analyse sales, inventory, and forecast data to support inventory management decisions.

**Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Assist stores with inter-store stock transfers
- Communicate to key stakeholders on inventory levels
- Complete shipment invoices, purchase orders, and receiving confirmation notes
- Coordinate inventories stocktake
- Cross checking purchase orders against shipment documentation
- Execution of timely and accurate allocation of the merchandise ranges
- Investigate and check for shipping and delivery discrepancies
- Liaise with the stores on stock management issues and provide feedback on initial allocation quantities and issues
- Liaise with warehouse, freight companies and head office
- Manage daily inventory
- Produce weekly stock management reports

- An analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Customer service focus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience gained within multiple retail stores environment
- High level of computer and system knowledge i.e. Microsoft Excel
- Positive and energetic demeanour
- Previous inventory control experience
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions and be solution driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
