Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Manager

**Initial 9 month contract with a further 6 month extension**:

- **Paying up to $800pd+ super**:

- **Based in Canberra but flexible working - office requirement once a month**

Manage and coordinate stakeholder engagement through various communication & engagement responsibilities.

**Role**:

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to assist with technical and / or process specific issues and managing escalations
- Support in providing a simple, streamlined, and cohesive digital engagement point with both internal and external digital partners
- Develop presentations and be involved in, at times independently, presenting complex concepts to senior executives
- Facilitate webinars for a large variety of external and internal stakeholders
- Create executive reports and summaries with the intent of drawing out insights
- Use soft skills to de-escalate situations that may be related to client interactions with the government department
- Take pride in undertaking and delivering to a high quality a variety of new tasks

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in in a relevant discipline
- Strong written communication skills as well as clear, concise and articulate verbal communication skills
- Experience in working within the public service environment incorporating project, service delivery and supplier management
