Due to company growth, Acknowledge Education has an exceptional opportunity for motivated Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team

**About the role**:
The role is based in Melbourne.
- You will oversee and manage regulatory compliance activities for a Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE) institute
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the institute is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to education, student welfare, and operations
- You will work closely with other members of AE’s senior management team to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to maintain compliance

**Key Selection Criteria**

If you are a solutions-focused individual with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Law, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance management in a VET and/or HE institution.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to education, student welfare, and operations in Australia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and delivering training and awareness programs on regulatory compliance matters.
