**Position Overview**:
The Business Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the daily operations of Tranquim Pty Ltd ensuring that the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, strategic, and communication skills to manage operations, improve processes, and lead the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of Tranquim, ensuring efficiency in workflow, resource allocation, and productivity.

**Team Leadership**:

- Manage, motivate, and lead the team of auto electricians, mechanics and support staff to achieve business goals and maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure profitability, including monitoring KPIs and cost-control initiatives.

**Client and Supplier Relationships**:

- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring high service standards and negotiation of favorable terms where necessary.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously assess and improve operational processes, introducing new technologies or methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that all operations adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Work with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, including expanding services, exploring new markets, and managing operational risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business operations or management, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle auto electrical and mechanical systems or the heavy automotive industry as a whole will be an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
