**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage pick packing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts to unload incoming shipments and manage the transfer of products within the warehouse.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries, manage expectations, and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

- Current forklift license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
