Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to work in our Melbourne Depot on Nightshift. The position will be offered on a full-time basis and will report directly to the Nightshift Manager.

**Roster available**:

- Thursday to Sunday
- 6pm to 4am

**Duties of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Local delivery and pick-up load planning
- Driver/vehicle allocations
- Monitoring local drivers
- Monitoring inbound linehaul drivers
- Dispatch linehaul drivers
- Assisting with phone queries and customer service
- Checking paperwork
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Experience with fatigue and mass requirements
- Produce knowledge and experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR) legislation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Solid PC skills
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and competing objectives
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure role
- Attention to detail
- Available to work nightshift and some weekends
