Finance Business Partner

As a Financial Business Partner - Sales Finance, Controls & Analytics, you will be responsible for driving compliance to internal controls across Sales/Revenue processes as well as providing analytics support to Sales Controller and Sales team. The role will involve working closely with Sales Controller, Sales Team Leaders, Accounting Team and Sales and Finance Leadership.Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Own and drive compliance to internal policies across OTC process: including Revenue Recognition, Balance Sheet governance and other Internal Controls
- Ensure robust Revenue Recognition procedure in compliance with Accounting Standard and Global Policy; engaging Customer Service and Sales Team as appropriate to drive process improvements.
- Drive annual GFCF (Internal Controls assurance) process for Sales and Sales Finance controls, making sure controls are working as expected and implementing actions plans for gaps.
- Review and governance of Trade Spend balance sheet reconciliation ensuring compliance with Global Policy.
- Drive Trade Spend analytics to optimize investment returns by analysing customer, brand wise historical, forecast and market data; engaging with Sales Team Leaders as appropriate to validate analysis.

You’ll succeed because- You are CPA/CA qualified (or in your final stages)
- You have experience in audit (external or internal) is essential
- You have strong awareness of audit, financial controls and governance procedures, with the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as with high autonomy
- You have excellent written and communication skills - building strong cross functional relationships is something you enjoy.
- You are confident in challenging the status quo and can influence and manage challenging conversations with Senior Stakeholders
- You are a confident self-starter who has great business acumen with an analytical mindset
- You have an advanced proficiency with Excel
