About Us

We're an award-winning mortgage manager, shaking up the industry with smarter lending solutions and a client-first approach. As we grow, we're looking for a Settlement Manager to lead our settlements team and keep things running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for all things settlements, overseeing the process from start to finish, resolving escalations, and ensuring every loan settles on time. You'll work closely with brokers, funders, solicitors, and clients, while coaching your team to deliver top results.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end loan settlements
  • Handle urgent escalations with confidence
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the settlements team
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and funders
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across all files
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in mortgage management or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Relationship management experience with external stakeholders (solicitors, funders).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A CERT IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokering would be preferred
  • Detailed understanding of the relevant State & Federal legislation, including the Privacy Act, anti-money laundering
