**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our clients whilst managing all enquiries during the construction phase of our customer’s journey. In addition to this you will also be responsible for:

- Proactive engagement, providing our customers with fortnightly progress updates
- Update business systems with client information
- Provide assistance and support to the Customer Service team, as required
- Pre-construction task tracking to support site start results

**You**

You're an authentic, committed and driven individual with a positive attitude and a passion for speed, accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role, together with:

- A passion for delivering customer service excellence and putting the customer experience first
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment
- A fun and positive attitude, with the curiosity to learn and the willingness to be better
- Desire to undertake a career in the residential building industry, assisting us to deliver the dream of homeownership
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in similar roles within the WA residential building industry, will be regarded favourable
