About the role*
We are recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team based at St Peter's. It is essential to have good english and Xero Accounting skills. This role will start with 3 days per week with potential to go to 5.
You will be responsible for anything from project/s administration, reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, reconciling invoices, organising meetings, supporting the team, day to day management of the office.
Tasks & Responsibilities: *
- Collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing paperwork;
- Data Entry;
- Invoice and docket matching;
- Generating purchase orders;
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining registers;
- Timesheet entry;
- Travel and accommodation bookings;
- General Administration duties;
- General cleanliness of the office;
- Stationery orders;
- Kitchen orders;
- Stock orders;
- Assisting the project team as required.
About you
- Be a team player with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude;
- A minimum of 12 months experience preparing and reconciling purchase orders and invoices;
- Ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability and experience in working in a busy team environment;
- Good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with processing and collating of timesheets;
- Strong attention to detail.
This role is for someone that can come in and make the role their own, you will need to be super organised and not afraid to take on challenges. Be able to work autonomously and within a team.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
