**We are looking for someone who can**:
- Coordinating procurement, contract management, and records management services within the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI).
- Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and providing administrative support throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Delivering timely, accurate, and relevant services in accordance with government regulations.
- Supporting ACI’s obligations in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, HealthShare NSW, and other stakeholders.

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
**What you will be doing**
The position will coordinate procurement, contracting and record management services within the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI). This role plays a key part in upholding compliance with governance frameworks and providing essential administrative support and review throughout the contract and records management process. This role will provide services in a timely, relevant and accurate manner in accordance with government regulations and to meet the obligations of ACI in partnership with Ministry of Health, HealthShare NSW and its customers.

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Sound problem-solving and conceptual skills and forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information, preparing concise correspondence/reports, tender and contract documents, and dealing with challenges creatively to achieve business focused solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the health sector and government, including governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Experience in contributing to tendering and contracting initiatives, including probity requirements, through teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining effective records management systems that comply with legal and organisational standards.
This position is a permanent/ temporary position and **requires full working rights in Australia** (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident).
