The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government’s cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

**_ What you’ll be doing_**

The Data and Research Governance Team Leader is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the Institute’s Data and Research Governance Frameworks to facilitate effective cancer related research and timely access to data to provide insights for cancer control in line with state and federal regulatory requirements.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Substantial experience in leading and managing in a research and/or data governance team in a health context.

- Provide an example of when you have had to solve a challenging data or research governance problem in a health context. What options did you consider in resolving the problem and how did you decide on the final approach? What was the outcome?
- Tell us your experience in managing data and research governance for an organisation. What strategies have you used to communicate changes in processes or procedures to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
