As the Consultant Change, you will participate and help drive the execution of activities required to implement and land strategic change initiatives for the organisation. This will see you working in a single program/project or across a number of smaller projects and initiatives simultaneously. You will work directly with a project manager on small to medium sized projects or under the direction and guidance on larger projects or programs.

The Consultant Change will assist/contribute to most of the change management activities and deliverables and is accountable for some of these activities end-to-end.

**In this role, you'll have the opportunity to**:

- You'll take end-to-end ownership of delivery of the change as per agreed plans, ensuring coordination and integration of activities where applicable to ensure the safe delivery of large and complex strategic Change Programs
- Partner with, and guide, incoming enterprise-led initiatives delivering changes to our business and customers, ensuring the change lands smoothly and safely.
- Contribute to the development of a Change Management Strategy and/or plan for the program/project detailing the overall change management approach, key activities, resource requirements and costs.
- Contribute to the identification and execution of business engagement activities to improve awareness and commitment to the project initiatives.
- Develop and execute a Communication Strategy and Plan that actively supports all stakeholder groups impacted by the program/project.
- Deliver training for program/project where required
- Help drive the design and development of any required performance support for the program/project e.g. reference materials, portals, instructional and procedural documents etc. - Assess the effectiveness of learning

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience/exposure working across change strategies for transformational programs across multi-dimensional organisations
- A strategic mindset which enables broad and innovative thinking to develop and shape strategy for change management initiatives
- A track record in managing and influencing relationships at a mid to senior level
- Strong consulting, process consulting and group facilitation skills.
